Pricing

Prices are published on every service page. What follows is how they are constructed, what is added, and what you actually pay after tax.

One published rate

The figure on a service page is the rate for a single engagement, in one jurisdiction, at standard turnaround. It is the same figure for every client at the published tier. Discounted rates exist for African mid-market and early-stage companies, but they require approval and are agreed in a quote rather than advertised.

Every amount is computed on our servers from the price list at the moment you order. A price never travels in a request from your browser, which means a price cannot be altered in transit.

Tax, and what actually reaches us

Nigerian invoices carry 7.5% VAT, shown as a separate line.

Nigerian clients are required to deduct withholding tax on professional services — 5% for resident suppliers, 10% for non-resident — and remit it to the tax authority on our behalf. That deduction reduces what lands in our account but not what you owe. Our invoices state all four figures so nobody has to work it out, and we ask you to upload the credit note so the receivable can be closed cleanly.

Payment terms

ClassTerms
A and B100% in advance. This is what makes the self-serve route possible and it is not negotiable.
C40% on engagement, 40% at an agreed milestone, 20% on delivery, unless the quote states otherwise.
DMonthly in advance on a minimum 12-month term, or annually in advance at a 10% discount.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Above ₦8,000,000 we issue an invoice with a unique reference for bank transfer alongside card checkout, because corporate procurement at that size generally will not use a card.

Refunds: in full before work starts, 50% if cancelled during fieldwork, none after a draft has been delivered. This is stated in the terms of engagement.
